May 23, 2012 - I have had my 1976 CB750 since 1983. I have owned dozens of other bikes . All makes and models. The 750 is the only bike I never considered selling for any reason. I knew I could always count on it to start and take me where ever I wanted to go. There were times it was my only transportation. Never let me down.....Best bike ever in my opinion....

May 21, 2012 - Honda actually did release a version of the CB750 later that did have an automatic transmission, the CB750A.. it had a 2 speed automatic transmission. It didnt sell well so they quite making it. But the original CB750 wasnt automatic...

Mar 29, 2012 - I loved 750K's I had three of them. 20 years ago you could pick them up for nothing. Now they have gotten rare.

Mar 24, 2012 - I agree. If it handles the normal riding style with so much ease that you actually become bored... Step it up! DUHHH...

Mar 17, 2012 - 'Riding a CB750 is boring' The CB750 looks as good today as it did then. It is a classic multi in design, engineering, performance and reliability. Some people do not fully appreciate such perfection.

Jan 24, 2012 - True story I have a 78 honda 750ss and when I went to the guys house to pic it up it was stored under his pool deck for 7 years and never started. I took it home put fresh gas and a charged battery I was kicking it over to check it out and it started did not run well but it started with no work and siting under a crapy pool deck full old dead leaves. I have worked on a lot of different bikes and never had that happen. I'd say relibilty is 110% and thats a winner in my book.

Dec 30, 2011 - A dull ride!! absolute bullshit completely untrue, said by someone who's probably never owned one! In over 20yrs of driving my one I can honestly say it just gets better!.... and It can still embaress modern super bikes when I ask it too!

Oct 19, 2011 - Yeah, the Kawasaki 400 and 500 triple was fast, but was a 2 stroke. It didnt last long, had maitenance troubles, and worst of all a poorly designed frame and suspension set-up that caused "speed wobbles", thus the bike got the nickname "the widowmaker". Not a good comparason on your part...

calimar28 Says:

Oct 1, 2011 - I got a 92 CB750 "Nighthawk" (after 1982 all CB 750's got the name Nighthawk, esensially the same bike), and its anything but boring. It never leaks, it doesnt vibrate, it has plenty of power....

ENightmare69 Says:

Sep 23, 2011 - I prefer my Honda VTR1000 SP2 personally... but thats just me.. I can appreciate the history behind the CB :)
