May 24, 2012 - Incubus is derived from the Latin word Incubare which means "To lie upon". Makes perfectly sense, seeing as a chicken lies upon her eggs to heat them. But PJGer32 is right when he suggests that it's a demon. It's the male version of a Succubus, basically they are demons of lust who sleep with women in their sleep. And no, I did not find this on Google, I simply just have no life :P
