May 16, 2012 - These motors work different then normal engines .. They don't have valve springs, guides, rocker arms, rods nothing like that .. The cam shaft is the entire head . it makes the valves move .. A lot less motion to worry about so they are very smooth even at high rpms but very noisey at idle
