The owners is charged with Perverting The Course of Justice, so is the person/company that sold the device. In court the fine is over £5000 and around 2 years in prison with the car crushed. Try getting insured after that! SLOW DOWN if you must, it's only INAPPROPRIATE SPEED that can KILL. Ban old & disabled drivers first.

As long as you have a sealant then there's no need to wash it unless you really give a shit what other people think of your car, in which case you need to reassess the reason you own it.
