May 22, 2012 - ye thats partily why it smokes

dubmaticJRJ Says:

May 20, 2012 - so do they lose a bit of air/fuel when its compressing before it closes the exhaust valve?

Pushyhog Says:

May 19, 2012 - you didn't animate the fuel air going in butch!

Jonsinonathan Says:

May 16, 2012 - Just one question when the piston moves down to the bottom it nor only uncovers the intake port but also the exhaust port, wont that let the mixture of gasoline and air leak out through the exhaust port

May 15, 2012 - get firefox... turn ads off.

minibikerider1 Says:

May 12, 2012 - to run on all angles or upside down or on its side at anytime you need a carburetor with a diaphragm witch you will not see on anything ecpt. weed whackers, chainsaws and some rc applications

minibikerider1 Says:

May 12, 2012 - a couple reasons including burning oil instead of pure gas and not to much funding for advancement and a few other reasons 3 strokes do not create 2x the power they only create around 45% more also the animation has a crappy reed valve animation as well as most 2 strokes have completely flat pistons also there is not pressure wave trying to go out the intake due to the relative inertia of the fuel/air having no place to go when the reeds shut, also the same with 2 stroke without reed valves

May 9, 2012 - @Nukurosama the kick or pull start.

saucypup76 Says:

May 4, 2012 - Combustion is what makes it go thats all u need to know really!it drives the piston which eventually turns the wheel

Nukurosama Says:

May 4, 2012 - The combustion that move the piston or the wheel?

Nukurosama Says:

May 4, 2012 - What makes the piston start moving in the 1st place?

saucypup76 Says:

May 3, 2012 - its the 'explosion' of the gas and air that forces the piston down.Otherwise known as combustion!

hawker39 Says:

May 2, 2012 - Gasoline and air is mixed, then compressed by piston. The spark plug ignites the mixture, which expands, forcing the piston down again, turning the driveshaft. Repeat.

swapyt Says:

Apr 30, 2012 - nt baf hsw is nice

Nukurosama Says:

Apr 29, 2012 - I still don't get it... So gasoline and air that generate force? How did the piston works?

MrNissan861 Says:

Apr 27, 2012 - 2 is better than 4

Rjellycrf Says:

Apr 18, 2012 - 4 stroke is better the 2

Apr 18, 2012 - Thank you so much! Your explanation helped me a lot :)

ebcyac Says:

Apr 14, 2012 - Yes, there is no oil in the crank. This is why oil must be mixed with the fuel in a 2 stroke. Without an oil mix the engine would seize in short order.
