This is my installation description of TRE (timing retard eliminator) for my 2004 1000cc gsxr. Just about the same goes for any gixxer. Just be sure to check the settings for the newer models, as they now want not 5th gear but 6th gear "information" for the ECU. here are the sites for info wotid....
